研究分野（field of study）
専門とする分野は建築計画、住宅計画です。社会人として10年間の設計事務所勤務中に、マンション、オフィスビル、店舗、病院等、様々な用途の建築設計に携わり、その後建築設計事務所を主宰し、主に木造住宅の設計を行なってきました。住む人がどんな暮らしをしたいのか？家族のあり方・暮らし方に合わせた住まいづくりでは、家族ごとに住みやすい住宅が異なります。又将来の家族構成、ライフスタイルの変化にも柔軟に対応できる住まいづくりに焦点を当てて、少子高齢化、未婚化の社会問題を背景に、主に高齢者や単身者の住居、地域における人々の生活空間・環境を考えながら、永く住み続けられる住宅、安心して暮らすことができる住まい環境づくりの研究をしています。 The specialization We specialized in architectural planning and housing planning. While working at architect office for 10 years, I had experienced architectural planning of condominiums, office buildings, commercial spaces, and hospitals and others. After that, I presided over an architectural design office and, since then I have mainly designed wooden houses.. What kind of living style do you want to make? On creation of housing that suits the way a family should be and the way they want to live, a house that is comfortable to live in differs on each family. We have focused on creation of housing that can flexibly cope with future changes in family structure and their lifestyles. With the backdrop of social issues such as declining birthrate, aging population, and unmarried, considering mainly houses for the elderly and people living by themselves, and living spaces in the local area and its environment, we study housing and its environment where you can continue to live with peace of mind for a long time .
研究テーマ（Research theme）
すでに建てられたマンションや戸建住宅を、新しく建て替えるのではなく、地域や個人で永く住み続けられるよう、特に高齢者の住まい方、暮らし方の調査をもとに、リノベーションやリフォームの手法について、また、新築でマンションや戸建住宅を建てる場合にも、間取りが変えられる、リフォームしやすい住まいづくりが研究テーマです。また、質の高い居住環境や人にも環境にも優しい街づくりの意識を育てる住教育に取り組むことも、もうひとつの研究テーマです。
The theme of the research
Instead of rebuilding already built condominiums or detached houses, we study the methods of renovation and remodeling in order that communities and individuals can continue to live for a long time, based on the surveys of elderly people's housing styles and living styles.
On the other hand, for the case condominiums and house are newly built, we
research how to build living spaces that are easy to remodel and change floor planes.
We also work on housing education that fosters consciousness of a high-quality housing environment and awareness of disaster-resistant and people-friendly urban development.

Continuing from 2018, students majoring in housing studies proposed a renovation design for this project and had the opportunity to participate in renovation work. This paper introduces the process from planning and design of the vacant house renovation project to renovation work, introduces the outline of the newly created digital contents useful for DIY, and the educational and operational aspects of this project. | 実習系科目における遠隔教育の実践と課題 Practice and problems of remote education in practical training subjects |

『岐阜女子大学文化情報研究 Vol.22 No.1』岐阜女子大学文化情報研究センター，（令和2年10月） | 本稿では、住居学専攻の実習系科目のうち1年生から4年生までの主要な科目をとりあげ、それぞれの実習系科目での遠隔教育の具体的な実践状況とそこから見えてきた実習系科目における遠隔教育の有効性と今後の課題について報告している。サイボウズやzoomなどそれぞれの遠隔教育の手段の特性をよく理解して活用することにより、教育効果の高い遠隔教育が可能となることが分かった。一方今後の課題として学生の受講環境のバラつきをなくすことなどが浮かび上がった。（共著者：黒見敏丈，冨士覇王，森田実沙） In this paper, we will take up the main subjects from the 1st grade to the 4th grade among the practical training subjects of Major in Housing and Design, and in the specific practical situation of distance education in each practical training subject and the practical training subjects that can be seen from it. It reports on the effectiveness of distance learning and future issues. It was found that distance education with a high educational effect is possible by understanding and utilizing the characteristics of each distance education means such as Cybozu and zoom. On the other hand, as a future task, it became clear to eliminate the variation in the student attendance environment. |

昨今、激甚災害に指定される自然災害が各地で相次いでおり、災害時での多様な人々に配慮するために、地域防災の取組みに男女共同参画の視点が必要とされている。本学の体育館も地域の避難所に指定されており、2017年に建設した災害時浴室棟も活用しながら、防災教育カリキュラム開発の検討を始めている。まずは、防災の基礎知識を習得し、避難所生活を疑似体験する目的として、災害時シュミレーションゲームを体験した。本稿は、その成果と課題の活動報告を行ったものである。 In recent years, natural disasters designated as catastrophic disasters are occurring one after another in various places. In order to consider diverse people in the event of a disaster, a gender equality perspective is needed to regional disaster prevention efforts. The gymnasium of our university building is also designated as a local evacuation center, and we are beginning to consider the development of disaster prevention education curriculum, utilizing the bathroom building in the event of a disaster constructed in 2017.To get started , we learned basic knowledge of disaster prevention, and played games assuming the events of disasters for the purpose of simulating lives in shelters. This report is the achievement and the issue of the activities. |

現代社会においては，様々な価値観，地域に居住する人の多様性が広がってきており、個人は近い属性以外の人の状況や事情などを相互に認識できず，生きづらさを抱えたまま孤立する事が社会問題化している。高齢者が希望する終の棲家での暮らしを実現するために，高齢期における住まいかたに着目し、高齢者のいる世帯（単独、夫婦のみ世帯も含む）を対象に，「生きづらさ」をキーワードに聞き取り調査を行ったものである。 In modern society, various values and diversity of people living in the area are expanding, and individuals cannot recognize each other's situation and circumstances other than close attributes, so that individuals are being isolated with feeing of "Iki-zurasa" That is leading to social problemIn order to bring the final life desired to the elderly, this survey is being conducted to families with the elderly ( single and a couple are included) with key-word "Iki-zurasa" pointing the way of living during the old age. |
