【山岡細寒天の普及と食育活動】【The spread and shokuiku activity of Yamaoka sai agaragar】

目的：岐阜細寒天は全国生産量の8割を恵那市で生産している。細寒天について、広く県民に理解してもらい消費につなげることを目的として商品開発を進める。

The purpose: Gifu sai agaragar is producing 80 percent of the whole country production in Ena-shi. I have inhabitant of a prefecture understand widely about sai agaragar, and product development is advanced for the purpose of linking it to consumption.

方法：岐阜県細寒天について、セミナーを開催。細寒天を利用した商品を開発し、販売普及につなげる。

A way: A seminar is held about Gifu kensai agaragar. The goods for which sai agaragar was used are developed and it's linked to the sales spread.

【長良川鉄道での食育】【shokuiku by Nagara-gawa railroad】
目的：食育列車と題して、広く一般の方を対象に食に関する知識の普及及び家庭での活用についての提案を行うと同時に地元に根付いている長良川鉄道に乗って清流長良川の旅を楽しんでいただくことを目的とする。

The purpose: It's entitled a shokuiku train, and I propose knowledge about a food about the spread and utilization at home targeted for the general way widely and also take the Nagara-gawa railroad which becomes established in localness, and has for the object to enjoy travel in clear stream Nagara-gawa.

方法：長良川鉄道の列車内において学生が提案した弁当、スイーツを生きた教材として健康に過ごすための食事や地域産物の理解を深める。

A way: I put it in the train of Nagara-gawa railroad and deepen understanding of the box lunch a student proposed, the meal to spend Suites Hotel healthily as living teaching materials and area product.

　　
【大豆粉を利用した商品の開発】【Development of the goods for which soybean flour was used】
目的：大豆粉についての知識の普及を推進するために商品開発を行うことを目的とする。

The purpose: I have for my object to develop a product to promote the spread of knowledge about soybean flour.

方法：ホームベーカリーを使用してグルテン入り、米粉入りなどのパンを作成してレシピを完成させ、商品化を進める。

A way: Gluten enter and bread with rice flour are made using a home bakery, a recipe is completed and commercializing is advanced.

【お弁当に関しての研究】【Study about a box lunch】
目的：40代男性の手作り弁当について調査し弁当の適性栄養量を知る。また、市販弁当との比較を検討し、利点と欠点について知ることを目的とする。

The purpose: I investigate about a homemade box lunch of a man of forties and learn about the aptitude nutritional amount of the box lunch. Comparison with an over-the-counter box lunch is considered, and has for the object to know about an advantage and the fault.
方法：40代男性の弁当調査を行い量や嗜好を検討し改善につなげる。市販弁当の調査を行い40代男性が選ぶときの基準を探る。

A way: The conduct amount and a taste are considered, and a box lunch investigation of a man of forties is linked to improvement. I investigate an over-the-counter box lunch and look for the standard when a man of forties chooses.

学校食育研究会ワーキンググループ委員 School shokuiku workshop working group commissioner	学校食育の今日と未来を考える会である学校食育研究会を立ち上げるための委員会。 The committee to start the school shokuiku workshop which is the meeting which considers today and the future of school shokuiku.

岐阜市学校給食研究委員会会長 Gifu-shi school lunch research committee chairperson	平成22年～平成27年。 子どもたちにとって学校給食がより良いものになるように、様々な事柄について望ましい今後の方向を研究する会議。 2010-2015. The meeting which studies the way of the desirable future about various matters as school lunch will be something better for children.

栄養教育論実習Ⅰ Nutritional education theory training I	栄養教育論の座学で学んだ知識を生かして、ライフステージ別の栄養教育をシュミレーションして実践力を養う。小学生、中学生への栄養教育ができるように、指導案を作り発表する。 Nutritional education according to the life stage is simulated using learned knowledge, and the practice power is fed with lesson in a classroom of nutritional educational theory. 栄養教育論実習Ⅱ Nutritional education theory training Ⅱ	栄養教育論の座学で学んだ知識を生かして、ライフステージ別の栄養教育をシュミレーションして実践力を養う。 一般の成人に対する栄養教育ができるように、パワーポイントを使ってプレゼンテーションをする。 Nutritional education according to the life stage is simulated using learned knowledge, and the practice power is fed with lesson in a classroom of nutritional educational theory. 学校栄養指導論 School nutrition counseling theory	小中学校の組織・運営、栄養教諭に期待される役割、仕事内容を学ぶ。 家庭や子どもたちの実態を知り、食指導の方法について学ぶ。 Organization managing of elementary and junior high schools, the role expected of a nutritional teacher and the work contents are learned. 臨地校外実習事前・事後授業 Entering the spot outside of the school training advance and the ex post fact class	実際の現場で効果的に実習ができるように、事前に心構えや注意点を学ぶ。現場の指導者の講義を聞き、実習内容の確認をする。 実習終了後に、個々に評価をする。 Mental attitude and a careful point are learned beforehand in order to practice effectively at an actual site. Leader's lecture in a site is heard and the training contents are checked.
