教員の職務の必要性についての教育学部生による捉えに関する調査研究 Research on the recognition by students in the faculty of education about the need for teachers of duties	共著 Co-author	岐阜大学特別支援教育センター年報第23号，平成28年 The annual report of the Special Support Education Center,(23),2016	学校教育を担うことになる教育学部3年生144名を対象とした意識調査を行い、必要性が高いと捉えた教員の職務として「授業力の向上」「児童生徒の社会性の育成」「教育力の向上」「教育基盤の充実」の４因子を、必要性が低い教員の職務として「通常の授業以外の教育活動」「放課後・勤務時間外の業務」など5因子を明確にした。（共著者：坂本裕・鈴木祥隆） We conducted an attitude survey of 144 third-year students in the Faculty of Education who are aiming to become teachers. As a result of the survey, the four factors of "improvement of teaching ability", "cultivation of sociality of children and students", "improvement of educational ability" and "enhancement of educational base" were clarified as the work of teachers with high necessity. Furthermore, "educational activities other than regular lessons" and "after-school / overtime work" were clarified as tasks that teachers do not need.	教育経営学 School Management
岐阜大学教職大学院修了生を対象とした学修成果の活用に関する調査報告 Reseach report on utilization of academic achievements of graduaters in the Gifu University Graduate School for the Teaching Profession	共著 Co-author	岐阜大学教育学部「教師教育研究」第12号，平成28年 Faculty of Education Gifu University Teacher education report(12),2016	岐阜大学教職大学院の修了生と勤務先所属長を対象とした質問紙調査を基に、修了後の学修成果の活用状況を分析し、教職大学院の在り方を検討した。学修の成果は教科指導や学校課題解決の取り組み等で活用が認められた。今後、現職教員においては学校経営改善への貢献、学部卒業者では実践力の向上を図る指導の充実が求められる。（共著者：吉村嘉文・平澤紀子・篠原清昭・石川英志他） We analyzed the state of utilization of learning results from a questionnaire targeting graduates and heads of employment, regarding the ideal state of the graduate school for teaching profession. The results of the study were recognized in the subject guidance and efforts to solve school problems.
高等学校普通科におけるキャリア教育の推進と課題 Study of promotion and issues of career education in high school general courses	共著 Co-author	岐阜大学教育学部「教師教育研究」第12号，平成28年 Faculty of Education Gifu University Teacher education report(12),2016	課題が多いとされる普通科高等学校におけるキャリア教育を推進する際に求められる「育む能力」と「キャリア教育へのアプローチ方法」をキャリア教育の理念や学説を分析しながら整理し、進学者の多い普通科高等学校と就職者が多い普通科高等学校での実践分析し、課題を提起した。（共著者：菅井修） The issues and directions for promoting career education in general course of the high schools were clarified in terms of "ability to be nurtured" and "methods of career education." 岐阜県の現職教員を対象にした岐阜大学教職大学院への研修ニーズに関する調査報告 Reseach report on training needs for the Graduate School for the Teaching Profession for teachers in Gifu	共著 Co-author	岐阜大学教育学部　「教師教育研究」第11号，平成27年 Faculty of Education Gifu University Teacher education report(11),2015	岐阜県の現職教員を対象とした質問紙調査を基に、教職大学院への研修ニーズ分析し、今後の教職大学院の在り方について検討した。その結果、研修への関心には年代と校種が関与し、30歳代、40歳代と高等学校教員が多かった。また校務の多忙さや授業料の金額は研修希望の阻害要因として明らかになった。（共著者：平澤紀子・篠原清昭・伊藤正夫・石川英志・田村知子他） Based on the questionnaire for teachers, we analyzed the training needs for the graduate school for teacher education and examined the future. As a result, the interest in training was related to age and school type, and there was a high need for teachers in their 30s and 40s and high school teachers. It became clear that the factors that hinder the training were the busyness of school affairs and the amount of tuition fees.
学校教育臨床実習による学校経営改善とスクールリーダーの資質開発の可能性 Study of school management improvement and qualification development of school leaders through graduate school education management practice	共著 Co-author	岐阜大学教育学部「教師教育研究」第11号，平成27年 Faculty of Education Gifu University Teacher education report(11),2015	教職大学院で履修する「学校教育臨床実習」について、現職教員の取り組む学校改善臨床実習のプログラムを研究開発し、事例研究を実施した。学校の抱える課題を取り上げ、学校における実習の中で大学と学校が協働して取り組んだ結果、現職教員の院生の学校経営能力の向上と学校課題の新たな改善に向けてのアプローチを明らかにした。（共著者：町野千恵子・大宮学・平澤紀子） Regarding "educational training" at the graduate school of teaching profession, we researched and developed a training program that incumbent teachers work on. 教員の職務の必要性についての教員による捉えに関する調査研究 Research on teachers 'perceptions of teachers' job needs	共著 Co-author	岐阜大学教育学部「教師教育研究」第10号，平成26年 Faculty of Education Gifu University Teacher education report(10),2014	教員の職務の必要性についての捉えに関する調査研究の分析により、教員が必要性が高いと捉えた教員の職務は、児童生徒との教育活動を支える基盤となるものであり、教師が教育活動の高まりを志向する様子を明らかにした。一方、必要性が低いとされた職務は、必要性の高い職務の遂行を妨げる要因として意識されており、これらを過度の負担なく遂行したいという意識を明らかにした。（共著者：坂本裕・日比光治他） Results and analysis of research studies on the job needs of teachers. The duties that teachers said were highly necessary were the basic duties that supported educational activities with children and students. It was revealed that students who want to become teachers are aiming to increase their educational activities. On the other hand, less-needed jobs were recognized as factors that hindered the performance of more-needed jobs. 教育政策の立案過程と学校における実施と課題－岐阜県における連携型中高一貫教育を例にして－ Study on educational policy planning process and policy implementation in schools -An example of integrated education in middle and high schools in Gifu Prefecture-	単著 Single author	岐阜大学教育学部「教師教育研究」第10号，平成26年 Faculty of Education Gifu University Teacher education report(10),2014	岐阜県における教育政策の立案過程を中高一貫教育の推進を例に取り、国の政策、県の政策との関連の中で分析した。また、実際の教育政策が教育現場で推進される様子を、連携型中高一貫教育を新たに導入した地域と学校を例にとりその特徴と課題を明らかにした。 The process of formulating education policy in Gifu Prefecture was analyzed in relation to national policy and prefectural policy, taking the promotion of integrated Junior high school and high school education as an example. The characteristics and issues of the promotion and issues of education policy were clarified by taking as an example the areas and schools that introduced integrated school education.
共同研究：教職大学院と教育委員会が連携した学校管理職養成研修プログラムの開発		文部科学省初等中等局平成27年度総合的な教師力向上のための調査研究事業，平成24年	学校管理職の力量、学校管理職養成研修のコンテンツ、研修システムについて明らかにした。

講演「高等学校改革の必要性とその取り組み ｰ授業改革を学校全体の改善につなげるにはｰ」	平成26年度岐阜県高等学校国語教育研究会，平成26年8月20日	現在、教員はいろいろな場面で研修を受け授業改善の在り方を学んでいるが、その成果が学校全体の授業改善の取り組みにつながっていない。授業改善をボトムアップで学校全体で進めるための提案を行った。	教育経営学 School Management
