日本教育情報学会第38回年会（R4年8月20日）pp110-113 | 学校教育や図書館や博物館などの社会教育の現場では実体験や実物へのアクセスが制限されたが,COVID-19対策として非接触型のオンライン教育におけるデジタルアーカイブの利用が進んだ.学校や社会教育で活用が進んでいる地域資料デジタルアーカイブの事例を分析し,DX社会における教育への活用の在り方を考察した。 Access to real experiences and actual materials was restricted in school education and social education such as libraries and museums, but the use of digital archives in non-contact online education has progressed as a measure against COVID-19. We analyzed examples of digital archives of local materials that are being used in schools and social education, and discussed how they should be used for education in the DX society. |

On the other hand, digitization through various approaches to the subject, such as who provides the data, who digitizes the data, and how to respond to improvements in digitization equipment and technology, has the potential to improve the quality and use value of the data. Therefore, learning about digitization from diverse disciplines will be a crucial element in the development and advancement of digital archives. |

| 高等教育におけるオンライン教育実態基礎調査と課題―高等教育オンライン教育の現状と課題― | 共著 co-author |
第17回デジタルアーカイブ論文集（R3年11月23日）pp9-12 | 「高等教育におけるオンライン教育実態基礎調査」に，特定非営利活動法人日本デジタル・アーキビスト資格認定機構が協力した。調査によって得られた基礎的データを分析することにより，大学・短大・高等専門学校のオンライン教育（授業）の取り組み状況を可視化することで実態を把握し，今後のオンライン教育推進のための課題と展望を明らかにした。（共著者：坂井知志・吉川晃・伊藤憲） Japanese Certification Board for Digital Archivist, a non-profit organization, cooperated in the "Basic Survey on Online Education in Higher Education. | 分野横断型ポータルサイトの提供データ増加促進策 | 第16回デジタルアーカイブ研究会論文集（R3年6月23日）pp25-28 | 小規模アーカイブに蓄積されたメタデータを，API公開することによって，ジャパンサーチや中規模アーカイブが定期的にメタデータを収集する方法が行われている。しかし，サイエンスミュージアムネットでは，国立科学博物館が開発したマッピングソフトにより，各博物館はメタデータを整形し提供しており，ポータルサイトのデータ増加促進策として検討すべきである。 There is a method in which metadata accumulated in small-scale archives are periodically collected by Japan Search and medium-scale archives through the release of APIs. However, in Science Museum Net, each museum provides metadata formatted by mapping software developed by the National Museum of Nature and Science, and this should be considered as a measure to promote the increase of data on the portal site. |

防災ワークショップを通じたデータの収集とデータベース化、保管したデータの再利用法までを合わせて提案することで、恒常的にデータの収集と活用が可能な災害アーカイブの構築とその効果を検討する。これまでに、データベースの構築、ワークショップの構成と収集すべきデータの検討を行い、ワークショップを行うことで、災害記憶の継承と、より具体的な被災イメージの醸成と対策の検討が可能になることが示された。（共著者：小山真紀他） Collection of data and utilization consider possible building on an accident archive and its effect constantly by even proposing together with modal collection of data, databasing and reuse of kept data through a protection against disasters workshop. インターネットは世界のデジタルアーカイブから様々な知識を探求することを可能としたが、現在のネット環境では、検索エンジンに内包されたアルゴリズムであるディープラーニングを前提にしたAIの提供する情報、つまり、自分の思考に近い情報だけで判断するエコーチェンバー現象の克服が課題になっている。そのため、セレンディピティーとされる、AIに依存しない偶然的な出会いや思いがけない発見が必要であり、デジタルアーカイブはこのプロセスをサポートするテータ提供のあり方を模索しなければならない。 We assumed that it was possible that the internet searches for various knowledge from a digital archive of the world, but the information the AI which was done subject to Deep learning which is included algorithm offers to a search engine in other words conquest of the echo chamber phenomenon judged by only information near the thought are a problem by the present net environment.Therefore an accidental encounter and unexpected discovery for which I don't depend on the AI made selenium de pity are necessary, and a digital archive has to grope after the state of theta offer with which this process is supported. |

デジタルアーカイブ推進コンソーシアムから委託を受け、2018年3月に博物館におけるデジタルアーカイブの現状を取りまとめた。その結果、画像情報を提供していると確認できたのは、調査対象 561館中 516館（92.0％）である。館種別にコンテンツの提供件数を見ると、歴史博物館が約半数を占めていた。資料の種類は器物・標本が約3割で多く、その半分以下が史跡・自然物、絵画・軸であった。共著者：細川季穂） It was entrusted by a digital archive promotion consortium, and the current state of the digital archive in a museum was collected in March, 2018. It's 516 house in 561 house investigation objects (92.0%) that it could be confirmed as a result, that image information was offered. When the offer number of the contents was seen in house classification, history museum accounted for about half. デジタルアーカイブの評価は社会基盤としての存在が重視されており、これまでの利用者エンドユーザー側からの評価では不十分である。オープンデータ化やLinked Data、メタデータ公開、IIIFなど技術的な課題解決による視点と、国、都道府県、地域、大学等研究機関、民間など役割分担などネットワーカーとしての組織活動の視点に評価が大きくパラダイムシフトしている。 Existence as social infrastructure is emphasized, and the value of the digital archive is insufficient by the value from the former user end user side. 国はコンパクトシティー化による地方財政健全化と地方創生による地域経済の活性化を,全国の市町村で進めつつある。また,2020年の東京オリンピック・パラリンピックに向け増加が予想されるインバウンド対策として文化資源・観光情報提供の充実が求められている。図書館・博物館の方向性を,地方創生と内閣府知的財産戦略本部の推進する政策の2面から検討すると,地域資料のデジタルアーカイブ化と活用との関連において博物館・図書館の現状を考察することが必要となっている。 A country is advancing a salutary change of local government finances by compact city-ization and activation of regional economic by local creation at towns and villages in the whole country. The cultural wealth and substantiality of sightseeing dissemination of information are desired as Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020 and the inbound measure as which increase is expected for paralympics. When directionality in a library and a museum is considered from 2 sides, local creation and the policy the Cabinet Office strategy head office of intellectual properties promotes, it's needed to consider the current state of the museum and the library in the relation between digital archive-ization and the utilization of area material. |
